Delivery & Returns

We encourage you to contact us with any questions or concerns regarding any of the goods we carry at vip mall prior to placing your order. While comfort preferences vary with each individual, vip mall will always provide the best available information to ensure that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.  

Orders selected to ship "Expedited" or  "2 Day" ship over the course of two business days after an order has been processed/verified by our team. Processing times may range from same day of order - three (3) days from order date.

RETURNS

Vip mall is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you need to make a return, we will gladly issue a store credit for the item if the return is accepted.

Here's what you need to know about processing a return:

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days after the item has been delivered.

The item being returned must be unworn with the original hangtag intact.

If a return is accepted, we will issue a credit for the original purchase price, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs. Store credit is non-transferable and can only be used at vip mall. No refunds will be granted.

The item being returned must be shipped to vip mall within 3 days after the return is accepted.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING

We do not accept C.O.D.’s on returned and exchanged items. Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. For your protection, we suggest you return your merchandise via FedEx or insured Parcel Post. Please contact our returns department with any questions: Evipservice365@gmail.com.Please note that we do not cover the cost of duties or taxes for their respective territories. 

CANCELLATIONS

We try to ship orders as quickly as possible so they get to customers faster. This means we cannot cancel an order after the shipping process has begun. We will do our best to process cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. Cancellation requests submitted after the shipping process has begun are subject to our standard return policy

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Vip mall does not guarantee the exchange or credit for a defective item. If you believe you recieved the wrong product, please clearly explain the mistake via email to cs5@customercenterhome.com. vip mall will reimburse shipping charges, only on items declared defective (up to €10.00).

EARLY ACCESS 

Early Access items are limited to one pair per customer. Orders placed for Early Access items are not guaranteed until tracking information is confirmed.
